The personal data we process concerning you are your name, contact details such as email address, company postal address and phone number, user role, customer number, IP address, information about previous purchases and personal identify number if you are a sole proprietor.
Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes on the basis of a legitimate interest:
- Providing our digital services (i.e. the web shop, customer portal and product configuration tools);
- Providing and administrate company or user accounts for our digital services;
- Sales and product development;
- Administering the contractual relationship such as requests from or agreement with you or your company including administering deliveries, invoicing and payments;
- Providing the information and services in relation to such request or agreement;
- Providing support (e.g. by phone, e-mail and chat);
- Providing a newsletter; and
- Marketing and customer follow-up.
Our or a third party’s legitimate interest of processing your personal data on the basis of a balance of interests is to be able to maintain the relations with our customers by administering our contracts and to fulfil our obligations towards our customers.

We collect personal data that you or your company have provided us with, e.g. from using our digital services and from previous purchases.
Who may get access to your personal data?
Your personal data may be shared with parties that process personal data on our behalf, i.e. partners and delivery companies. Also our IT and system providers, and FläktGroup entities may get access to your personal data.
Transfers of personal data to third countries
As a general rule, we and our suppliers process your personal data only within the EU/EEA. In cases where personal data are processed outside the EU/EEA, we base the processing either on a decision from the European Commission that the relevant third country ensures an adequate level of protection, or appropriate safeguards, e.g. standard data protection clauses, binding corporate rules, or Privacy Shield. We ensure that your rights are protected with an adequate level of security equivalent to that within the EU/EEA.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We never process your personal data for a longer period than is allowed by applicable law, regulation, case law or authority decision. Personal data that we process on the basis of a balance of interests are normally processed for the period that is necessary to administer the contractual relationship, exercise our rights and fulfil our obligations towards the supplier or customer. Generally, we cease to process your personal data when you no longer are registered as a representative of your company or no longer have a user account or use our digital services as a representative of your company. To comply with legal obligations we may keep your personal data for a longer period that is necessary for the purposes of the fulfilling such legal obligations.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulation, you have the right of access to the personal data we process regarding you, and have the right to request rectification of your personal data.
Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request the erasure of your personal data or restriction of the processing of your personal data or object towards our processing of your personal data. You have for example a right to object to marketing, such as newsletters. Furthermore, under certain circumstances, you are entitled to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit the personal data to another data controller. You have also the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
If you have any complaints regarding our processing of your personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in the country where the relevant data processor is domiciled or any other competent supervisory authority that monitors enterprises’ processing of personal data.
