AHU Refurbishment London

Location: Seven Dials, Covent Garden, London (UK)

Works:

Removed old LPHW and CHW coils and installed an electric heater battery and DX heat pump.

Upgraded old AC drive belt fans to new EC (electronically commutated) fans to achieve additional duty without replacing the entire AHU.

Replaced existing bag filters with new carbon impregnated bag filters. Completing this replacement gave the customers additional benefit as the new filters removed odours from a local kitchen extract on the same roof as the AHUs.
