Cheolgi Kim
Executive Vice President & Head of Corporate Business Samsung Electronics Digital Appliances Business
Mr. Cheolgi Kim serves as the Corporate Executive Vice President and heads the Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. Appointed as the head of the DA Business in April 2025, he oversees the strategic direction and performance of the DA & HAVC Business, driving growth and enhancing competitiveness within Samsung Electronics.
He began his career at Samsung Motors in August 1995, gaining foundational experience before joining the Customer Service (CS) Team under MX (Mobile eXperience) Business in February 2000. Over the years, he progressed through various managerial positions, gaining valuable insights into sales, marketing, and strategic leadership.
Mr. Kim’s career highlights include his promotion to the President of Samsung’s Vietnam Sales subsidiary (SAVINA-S) in 2013, a role he held until December 2018. He later served as the head of Southeast/Southwest Asia PM Group within Samsung’s DA Business in 2019 and expanded his responsibilities as the head of Korea/Southeast Asia PM Group in the same year. In January 2020, he returned to Samsung’s MX Business as the head of Europe/CIS PM Group, showcasing his global leadership capabilities.
His exceptional performance and strategic vision led to his promotion to Corporate EVP and his appointment as the head of the Sales Innovation Team in 2021. In December 2022, he joined the Visual Display (VD) Business as the head of the Sales & Marketing Team, further demonstrating his versatility across product categories. In December 2024, he took on the role of head of the MX Business’ Strategic Marketing Office, solidifying his position as a key leader in Samsung’s marketing strategy.

His proven track record of delivering transformative results helped execute several structural changes, resulting in strategic growth, operational excellence and sustainable global impact.
With over 34 years of total experience in the HVAC industry, Trevor also held pivotal leadership roles at Swegon 1998-2011, then at FläktWoods and SEMCO from 2011 onwards, where he spearheaded top and bottom-line growth driven by sales and service initiatives, product innovation and production excellence. As a result, Swegon successfully expanded out of the Nordics into Central Europe; FläktWoods increased profitability in Europe (region from Ireland to Russia) and SEMCO’s turnaround resulted in a 20% Ebitda and rapid topline growth, from a loss-making position.
Known for his forward-thinking approach, a can-do attitude and a commitment to foster inclusive workplaces, Trevor has successfully positioned FläktGroup as a leader in the HVAC industry after taking over as a CEO.
Trevor is a passionate advocate for environmental and sustainable causes and has worked for energy saving companies throughout his career. As a Mechanical Engineer he is deeply passionate about innovation and quality, constantly driving market leading products & solutions.
