Cheolgi Kim
Chairman of the Board | Executive Vice President | Head of Digital Appliances Business.
Cheolgi Kim (CK) is Executive Vice President and Head of the Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. He has held key leadership roles across the mobile devices, home appliances, and visual display businesses, demonstrating deep expertise in technology and global sales strategy.
He joined the DA Business in April 2025, where he is leading the next phase of growth by applying the expertise and insights gained through years of global leadership experience across all products and services.
David Dorney
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining FläktGroup Dave came from Johnson Controls, where he began his career in October 2000 and progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the EMEA Heating and Cooling division. He led the field business, overseeing more than 1,500 employees across 14 countries. In this role, Dave drove growth in key vertical markets such as Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Industrial, while also spearheading the development of the region’s sustainability division.
Tobias Ketterle
Chief Financial Officer
Tobias is an experienced executive with expertise in Finance, IT, and strategic transformation across industrial and private equity sectors. Holding master’s degrees in Business Administration from universities in Bamberg, Germany, and Western Illinois, USA, he began his career at KPMG before managing Mergers & Acquisitions at REWE Zentralfinanz. At Wilo Group, a global leader in pump systems, Tobias served as CIO, led a major transformation, and became Group CFO. In 2015, he joined DSD – Duales System Deutschland as Group CFO, successfully restructuring the company until its sale in 2022, showcasing his leadership and operational excellence.
Sean Lim
Executive Vice President | Head of the Air Solution Business Team | Digital Appliances Business.
Sean Lim is Executive Vice President and Head of the Air Solution Business Team for the Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. Starting his career in 2000 at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, he built a strong technical foundation. He later served as Head of the Compressor & Motor Business Team, with responsibility for overall business operations and the development of key components for air conditioners and refrigerators. In his current role, he leads the Air Solution business, drawing on extensive cross-domain experience to drive business growth.
Jay Shim
Executive Vice President | Head of Business Management Team | Digital Appliances Business.
Jay Shim is Executive Vice President and Head of the Business Management Team for the Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung Electronics. He has held key leadership roles across multiple regions and business divisions, overseeing management support functions with a focus on organizational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic execution. He is currently responsible for management planning to support growth in the DA Business while ensuring operational stability.
Juno Yoon
Executive Vice President | Head of Harman Business Team.
Mr. Juno Yoon is Executive Vice President at Samsung Electronics, where he heads the Harman Business and oversees the M&A activities for the DX Division. In addition to M&A, his responsibilities encompass a range of inorganic growth initiatives, including joint ventures, strategic equity investments, and partnerships, with a focus on identifying new growth engines and securing emerging technologies. During his more than 33-year career at Samsung Electronics, Mr. Yoon spent a decade with the M&A Team of the Samsung Chairman’s Office from 2009 to 2018, transforming the group-wide business portfolio. He has led approximately 40 key strategic M&A transactions, including the recent acquisition of FläktGroup.

FläktGroup has been part of Samsung Electronics since November 2025, following its acquisition to strengthen Samsung’s position in the global HVAC and data centre markets.
