A Successful Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2026 for FläktGroup

Published

The event unfolded over four dynamic and engaging days filled with productive meetings and valuable exchanges.

MCE once again proved to be a significant opportunity for growth, allowing us to meet industry professionals, strengthen existing partnerships, and establish new connections that will help shape future collaborations and synergies.

FläktGroup’s presence at MCE also highlighted the company’s long-standing heritage and purpose. With over 100+ years of expertise, FläktGroup continues to evolve across markets and applications, driven by a clear ambition to care for air while protecting the environment. As buildings account for a significant share of global CO₂ emissions, energy-efficient HVAC solutions remain central to reducing environmental impact and supporting customers in achieving their sustainability goals.

Alongside the formal meetings, there were also moments of informal networking, including an aperitivo at the Botinero restaurant, which offered a relaxed setting to reinforce team spirit and deepen relationships.

At the exhibition, FläktGroup showcased its broad and versatile portfolio, within a wide range of industries and applications. From its well-established Air Handling Unit (AHU) range—serving sectors such as offices, healthcare and pharmaceuticals—to room-based solutions including fan coils, chilled beams and air curtains. Visitors were able to explore solutions designed to enhance both energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Selected products from these portfolios were featured directly on the stand, offering hands on insight into the company’s capabilities.

Among the key points discussed was the deepening collaboration between FläktGroup and Samsung, a strategic alignment designed to support joint growth and strengthen our shared position in the European HVAC sector. FläktGroup’s own presentation at the exhibition was delivered by Janne Kaskinen, Head of Product Management.

The presentation also outlined FläktGroup’s forward-looking approach to the HVAC industry. With an increasing focus on regulatory developments such as EPBD, PFAS and F-Gas, the company continues to invest in innovation—from low-impact refrigerants like R32 to ongoing CO₂ development. New product innovations, including the upcoming eCO Flat ceiling void unit, demonstrate how FläktGroup is adapting its AHU portfolio to meet future demands for energy efficiency and flexible building integration.

Key growth segments such as data centres were highlighted, where FläktGroup offers comprehensive air and liquid cooling solutions. The introduction of the Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) reflects the growing need for advanced cooling technologies driven by the expansion of AI and cloud-based services, alongside other demanding applications such as pharmaceuticals and gigafactories.

Despite a global context marked by uncertainty, the exhibition welcomed companies from 49 countries and more than 38,000 international visitors from 123 nations - a 6% increase compared with the previous edition - with a particularly strong presence from the Middle East.

With a global footprint spanning 65 countries and strong manufacturing presence across Europe, complemented by growing investments in regions such as North America and Asia, MCE 2026 served as a valuable platform for FläktGroup to reinforce its position as a trusted partner.
