How did you end up at FläktGroup?
Before I first joined FläktGroup, I worked at a small company focused solely on building management system (BMS) design. Before my second stint at Fläkt, I served as a unit manager at an electrical installation company. I was thinking about my career development and noticed that Fläkt had an open position. I submitted my application, went for an interview, and I've been on this path ever since.
Why do you enjoy working at FläktGroup?
This is actually my second time working here, and I have to say that the people are the best part! I constantly meet new people in my job and love hearing their stories. I also have the best colleagues in the world! Beyond the people, I feel that the work I do matters and helps build a better environment for the future.
What do your duties include?
Developer and designer marketing, which involves a wide variety of tasks. Mainly, I visit clients to tell them about us, our products, and how to use them. I introduce new releases, guide them on how to use selection tools, and organize events. In return, I also listen to what our clients want from us. I produce material to support design work, and occasionally I create content for social media as well.
