Meet Johanna - Customer Service and Purchasing Manager

How did you end up at FläktGroup? - I first got to know FläktGroup through a summer job in the early 2000s. I spent the summer working in the assembly line at our Toijala factory, where I remember being on the ATD production line the entire time.

A few years later, I returned as a temp in the domestic order processing team, and from there my career continued to evolve. Over the years, I have held a variety of roles, including domestic and export order processing, creating product master data, updating product structures and taking part in projects such as relocating the production of diffusers from Sweden to the Toijala factory. Eventually, I moved into purchasing, which has since become my main area of expertise.

What does your role involve? - I manage both the purchasing and customer service teams. My responsibilities are broad and include not only day-to-day leadership but also developing and improving our operations and processes. In this role, excel is definitely one of my best friends—I create some kind of spreadsheet almost every day.

What motivates you in your work? - I'm always excited when we have the opportunity to create, develop or plan something new.

What do you enjoy most about your job? - This has probably been mentioned in many interviews already, but it is the people. We have an incredibly skilled team, and there is always someone you can turn to for advice or support.
