From Production All-Rounder to Purchasing Professional
How did you end up at FläktGroup? - I first joined FläktGroup when I applied as a trainee as a part of my studies.
What does your role involve? - Today, I work in purchasing, where my responsibilities include managing direct deliveries among other tasks.
It has been quite a journey since I started in production, assembling cantilevers and balancing fan wheels. Later, I moved into pre-production, where I worked with folding machines and welded fan wheels. Eventually, I had the opportunity to have a substitute position in purchasing, and then after working a while in customer service, I transitioned into my current role.
What motivates you in your work? - I enjoy seeing a product successfully delivered to the customer. Little moments of achievement throughout the working day also keep me motivated.
What do you enjoy most about your job? - The variety of the work is what I enjoy most—from independent tasks to collaborating as part of a team. Having great colleagues makes the job even more rewarding.
