We are currently seeking a Service Sales Engineer with technical knowledge and an engineering background in several countries.

• We are looking for an individual who will develop and promote our HVAC services brand particularly around maintenance contracts, equipment upgrades, retrofits & replacements.
• As a part of this role, you will need to develop a client base around sustainable and energy-efficient HVAC solutions that we can offer to both new and existing clients.
• The right candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and be willing to travel nationwide.

Service Technician

The right candidate should have good electrical knowledge, experience with the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of all types of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems and have C&G Level 3 or equivalent. MUST be a trade qualified refrigeration engineer and should have a high level of competency for example on water chillers, close control units, Air Handling Units, Refrigeration systems, VRV & VRF and split AC systems.

Requirements for Service Technicians:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the service and maintenance of HVAC equipment including AHU’s Chillers, Close Control units.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and correct technical issues, in an effective and timely manner.
• Ability to determine the root cause of technical issues using proven problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• To read, analyse, interpret technical data, and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and answer queries.
• Must have customer facing experience with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work out of hours as required and must be available to cover rostered "on call" rota.
• Occasional travel and overnights may be required.
• Must have a clean full driving licence.
• Must be F-Gas certified.
• Advise management of potential sales leads.
