FläktGroup divests its Swedish Residential Air Handling Unit (Resi AHU) assets
We are pleased to announce that FläktGroup has, on 6 December 2024, signed an agreement to divest its Swedish Residential AHU assets to Fläkten Systems AB. The targeted closing date is 30 December 2024. Transaction scope covers the trademarks and product IP for the Resi AHU range aimed at the Swedish market (e.g. MiniMaster, VillaMaster), relevant production equipment currently located in Warsaw, Poland, as well as all relevant inventory in Järna and Warsaw. The Buyer will also take over the warranty claims associated with the products.
