FläktGroup Delivers High-Efficiency HVAC Systems for Bayer’s €250M Expansion in Finland
From 2021 to 2025, Bayer Oy, the Finnish arm of Germany’s largest pharmaceutical company, undertook a landmark €250 million investment to establish a state-of-the-art facility in Turku—marking the largest international investment in the region.

FläktGroup supplied for 22pcs of CAIRplus Hygiene AHUs with 7pcs of Multi-flow Pump Station(Run-around Heat Recovery System) and 15pcs of bespoke self-standing Control Panels.
Despite launching during the COVID-19 lockdown in Q1 2020, the project was executed seamlessly, with zero claims reported in the two years following handover.
Notably, the Multi-flow Pump Station achieved over 70% heat recovery efficiency, verified through rigorous testing at TÜV Nord laboratories in Germany. This collaboration underscores FläktGroup’s commitment to delivering reliable, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for critical pharmaceutical environments.
