The demands on technology in this extraordinary project were high: absolutely quiet, energy-efficient, sustainable and integrated in such a way that it blends completely invisibly into the noble interior.
Inside the lakeside huts, the FläktGroup HyFlex-Gebläsekonvektoren diese Aufgabe.
The HyFlex Gekos are specially designed for use in hotels and are characterized by their variety of variants, quiet operation and high reliability. They offer energy-efficient and economical air conditioning that can be selected, installed and maintained quickly and easily. Thanks to their compact design and flexible installation options, they blend inconspicuously into the room design of the chalets. The devices ensure an individual room temperature all year round – in summer and winter – and guarantee maximum comfort without the technology being visible or audible to guests.
The energy source/recooling system at PRIESTEREGG was specially designed with energy efficiency and environmental compatibility in mind.
High-performance heat pumps, which are fed via deep boreholes and the GTK recooler in energy source operation, are the basis for a holistic, sustainable energy concept. In winter, the heat generated is used to heat the buildings, while in summer, excess energy is efficiently dissipated via a surface collector hidden in the lake and the recoolers in the dispensing mode.
GTK recirculating coolers from FläktGroup are used, which impress with their high-quality technology and flexible adaptability. Thanks to specific paintwork and a discreet housing, these recirculating coolers integrate inconspicuously into the natural environment without disturbing the overall appearance of the ensemble.
The combination of state-of-the-art technology, energy-efficient operation and aesthetic integration achieves the highest level of sustainability – in harmony with the nature that characterises PRIESTEREGG.
The exclusive wellness area of the lakeside huts is also supplied with fresh, hygienic air by a COM4plus ventilation unit from FläktGroup. The COM4plus ventilation unit is equipped with a rotary heat exchanger and a hydrophilic surface for efficient heat and moisture recovery. This creates a healthy, pleasant climate that perfectly matches the high standards of the resort.
The result: a holistic climate concept that seamlessly combines comfort, sustainability and high-tech – for guests who want to relax in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Alps and at the same time enjoy the good feeling of staying in a responsibly designed resort.
