In 2009 the investor commisioned some low-cost repairs to be made to the factory grounds with the intention to revitalise the location. Restoring the building exteriors were made to ensure there was a unifom appearance. As well as exterior changes there were plans also for replacement of the heating & air conditioning systems within the buildings.
