Chief Executive Officer​

Prior to joining FläktGroup Dave came from Johnson Controls, where he began his career in October 2000 and progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the EMEA Heating and Cooling division. He led the field business, overseeing more than 1,500 employees across 14 countries. In this role, Dave drove growth in key vertical markets such as Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Industrial, while also spearheading the development of the region’s sustainability division.

Chief Financial Officer​

Tobias is an experienced executive with expertise in Finance, IT, and strategic transformation across industrial and private equity sectors. Holding master’s degrees in Business Administration from universities in Bamberg, Germany, and Western Illinois, USA, he began his career at KPMG before managing Mergers & Acquisitions at REWE Zentralfinanz. At Wilo Group, a global leader in pump systems, Tobias served as CIO, led a major transformation, and became Group CFO. In 2015, he joined DSD – Duales System Deutschland as Group CFO, successfully restructuring the company until its sale in 2022, showcasing his leadership and operational excellence.

Chief Operations Officer

Drilon Hulaj, COO at FläktGroup, is responsible for global operations, procurement, quality, and supply chain. He leads and deploys FläktGroup’s operations strategy across its international footprint.

With over 15 years of experience in industries such as automotive, consumer goods, and medtech. Previously, Drilon worked in leading companies like Volvo Cars, Thule Group, Kongsberg Automotive. Drilon has held leadership roles including COO, Site Director, and Engineering & Quality Manager. Throughout his career, he has driven transformational initiatives in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and global supply chain optimization, contributing to improved efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Chief Technology Officer

Ömer, Chief Technology Officer at FläktGroup, leads the technology and innovation strategy, focusing on digitalization, sustainability, and ESG. He oversees engineering teams and drives energy-efficient products and solutions for growth. With over 23 years at FläktGroup, Ömer has held roles in sales, marketing, production, and leadership. As Chief Sales Officer, he led growth in Turkey and the Middle East and managed HVAC solutions for large-scale projects, including data centres. Ömer holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and an MSc from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Özlem, Chief Human Resources Officer at FläktGroup, has over 22 years of professional experience and is responsible for driving the company’s global people strategy in line with its business objectives.

She provides strategic counsel to the senior leadership on human resources management, leads HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with HR practices throughout the group. Özlem began her career at GEA Group before moving within the group to the HVAC division in 2009. She holds a diploma degree in Business Administration from Bochum University of Applied Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

Chief Officer, Woods

Stéphane is a seasoned business leader with 29 years of global experience in Power Distribution, Energy Management, Electric Mobility, Services, and Digital Transformation. He began his career at Alstom Power, later held roles at Areva T&D, and spent 13 years in senior management at Schneider Electric. Now leading Woods Air Movement, Stéphane oversees a global operation spanning Singapore, the United States, Germany, and the UK. Based at the company’s headquarters in Colchester, UK, he leverages his strategic vision and operational expertise to drive growth and innovation across international markets.

Chief Service Officer

Sébastien leads FläktGroup's global service growth strategy, driving the service roadmap and coordinating local teams for success. An experienced international executive, he specializes in business acceleration and leadership. He holds degrees from the Catholic University of Lille, INSEAD, and an MBA from EDHEC. With profound industry expertise, Sébastien spent six years at Munters AB in a similar role and previously held senior leadership positions at TetraPak in Sweden and other international companies. His career reflects a strong focus on service development and strategic growth, making him a key driver of FläktGroup’s service initiatives.

Chief Transformation Officer

Lauri joined FläktGroup in March 2023 as Group Chief Transformation Officer, leading the company’s transformation process and strategic projects. Prior to FläktGroup, he was responsible for investment strategy and execution at NREP, a leading real estate investor in the Nordics. Lauri also worked as Senior Manager at Bain & Company, advising private equity clients. He has HVAC experience from Rettig Group, where he worked with Purmo Group, a European leader in hydronic heating and cooling. Lauri holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University in Finland.
