Meet Papu - Contracts & Projects Director

From developing advanced HVAC solutions to delivering complex projects with precision, STEM forms the foundation of who we are and what we do.

We are proud to announce that Papu Ram has been appointed as the STEM Ambassador for FläktGroup UK, starting in 2026. In this voluntary role, Papu will dedicate at least three days per year to visiting schools and colleges, introducing young people to the world of engineering, showcasing the work of FläktGroup, and inspiring the next generation of STEM talent.

Papu’s own journey into engineering began in 1979, when he embarked on a four-year engineering apprenticeship. That experience paved the way for a lifelong career filled with opportunity, growth, and impact. He has since worked as an electrical engineer and project manager, spending more than 15 years in the construction industry before joining FläktGroup in 2023.

With decades of experience behind him, Papu knows firsthand how transformative engineering can be:

STEM is at the heart of progress, and as an Ambassador, I volunteer my time to inspire young minds, share real-world experiences, and show them that they, too, can build the future.”
