Meet Pavel - Regional Sales Representative

We’re proud to introduce Pavel Vinocur, who has been part of our team in Germany since 2018. He began his journey with us as a trainee, gaining valuable insights by rotating through various departments to get a well-rounded understanding of the company. 

 

Pavel found his passion in Sales, starting in technical sales and steadily growing within the team. Since 2024, he has been successfully working as a Regional Sales Representative with his own customer database, continuing to contribute his expertise and dedication to our success.

 

1. Why do you enjoy working here? 

I enjoy the variety of work, which constantly presents new challenges and allows me to learn something new every day. Combined with great colleagues, the work is fun, and that’s why I look forward to coming in every day.

 

2.Tell us about your best moment with us? 

The nationwide sales meeting in 2023, which lasted two days, was a real highlight for me. It was great to meet colleagues from across the country in person - people I had only known over the phone until then.

 

3. What values do you experience with us?

Among many positive values, I especially experience respect and humor. Colleagues treat each other as equals and still know how to have fun - two things I find essential for enjoying work.

 

4. What was your most recent professional challenge? 

There are many challenges in technical sales. The most recent was planning around 300 units for a major project with a well-known client. Projects like this require close coordination across multiple departments.

 

5. How important are sustainability, the environment, and our planet to you? 

Given the increasing number of severe climate events worldwide, I’ve become more conscious of sustainability and the role I can play in it. I’m glad that my work also contributes to environmental protection by helping design our systems to be as energy efficient as possible, we help our customers save energy and indirectly protect the environment.

 

6. Are you personally involved in environmental protection? 

I try to reduce my personal carbon footprint as much as possible by saving energy wherever I can and choosing high-quality, sustainable food.

 

7. What kind of training did you complete with us, and how did you finish it? 

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering as part of a dual study program in the field of Technical Building Equipment. During this time, I worked in technical sales at FläktGroup Deutschland GmbH, which allowed me to benefit from the technical expertise of my colleagues throughout my studies.
