From Trainee to Service Leader: A Journey of Growth and Impact

I have worked for FläktGroup since 2012 – almost 12 years. Started as a trainee industrial clerk.

 

What are 3 things about the HVAC industry that interest you?

 

HVAC may not be something everyone thinks about, but it is highly significant and represents comfort wherever we go or spend time.
The HVAC industry leads in creating technologies and systems that greatly enhance energy efficiency, always considering the environment and carbon footprint, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

It's truly amazing what can be achieved with water and air in the HVAC industry.
 

What would you consider your greatest success at FlaktGroup?

 

To be honest, I have had some really great successes, but I think I have to highlight two things. Firstly, the transformation of the Logistics/Central Services/Invoicing department in Sales into a very efficient and solution-oriented department. Likewise, my personal development in Service within 3 years is really very impressive, as I moved from Sales to Service in 2021, where I had no points of contact since the beginning of my apprenticeship.

 

I started in Service as a team leader 2021 and now I am the Service coordinator for three departments.
