Summer Internship Program
FläktGroup Summer Internship Experience.
The FläktGroup Summer Internship Program aims to provide young talents with industry experience during the compulsory internship period of universities. Interns are accepted from many different departments, especially 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year engineering students.
Program Highlights: Structure, Learning & Growth
Duration: Between June – September, 20–40 working days
Purpose: To help students put their theoretical knowledge into practice and experience a real work environment.
Content: During the internship, students actively take part in projects alongside our expert teams. In addition, they attend training sessions organized by our specialized employees and, at the end of the program, share the experience they gained by making a presentation to their mentors.
Advantage: At the end of the internship, students whose performance is found successful are offered long-term internships and, in the future, recruitment opportunities. In addition, by working together with interns from different departments, a culture of peer-to-peer learning is developed.
Long-Term Internship Program
FläktGroup Talent Program.
The FläktGroup Long-Term Internship Program allows university students to carry out their academic education and work experience simultaneously. Students from universities with CO-OP programs or university–industry cooperation protocols are especially accepted into the program.
Duration: Usually 6–12 months (part-time or on certain days of the week)
Purpose: To provide students with in-depth learning, project responsibility, and career guidance.
Content: Interns actively contribute to long-term projects by working integrated with relevant departments. In addition, they receive mentor support and the opportunity to follow their development with regular feedback.
Advantage: Students who successfully complete the program are included among the priority candidates for full-time employment at FläktGroup after graduation. In addition, thanks to working with different departments over the long term, they gain the opportunity to create an internal network and gain versatile experience.

How to get started
At FläktGroup, we value adding to the career journeys of young talents. The process leading to our internship program begins with meeting you. Through career days, technical visits, and university events, we both introduce FläktGroup and establish the first connection with our future interns.
Following this introduction, candidates can easily apply via LinkedIn, career platforms, or the FläktGroup website. Applications are carefully reviewed through a preliminary evaluation process supported by case studies and interviews.
In the next step, candidates have one-on-one meetings with our mentors, giving them the chance to express themselves better and evaluate team compatibility. Candidates who successfully complete the process are officially accepted into our program and take their first step in their internship journey.
