We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to play a key role in supporting our finance function and driving accurate, timely reporting that keeps our business moving forward.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

·         Assist with month-end reporting and provide vital support across the finance department.

·         Conduct customer credit checks and help negotiate payment terms.

·         Secure credit insurance cover and ensure compliance with company procedures.

·         Load customer orders into Dynamics, raise invoices, and manage daily banking allocations.

·         Perform project margin reviews, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, and create reporting solutions.

·         Mentor finance apprentices and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

🧠 What You Bring

·         Essential: Level 4 AAT qualification.

·         Desirable: Part-qualified CIMA or similar.

·         Strong Excel skills and IT proficiency.

·         A confident communicator with great business acumen and a team-first attitude.
