He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India. He previously worked in Johnson Controls YORK as part of their EMEA Data Centre solutions team.

With over 25 years in the IT and data centre industry, Jonas Caino has an extensive background in data centre issues, regularly speaking on the future of data centre design and technology. Jonas is the Business Development Director for the Global Data Centre Solutions business at FläktGroup.
Yan Evans
Director, Data Centre Global Accounts
As Director for FläktGroup’s Data Centre Global Accounts, Yan has delivered over 1GW of cooling solutions to cloud providers across EMEA and APAC, while supporting growth in the AMER region. A Chartered Engineer with nearly 30 years of sales leadership and business development experience, including Board-level roles, he focuses on stakeholder relationships and meticulous project execution. Yan previously served as Technical Director for Baxi Commercial and Potterton Commercial, successfully expanding both brands into renewables.
