Customer Services Co-ordinator

The Duties:

• To be the point of contact for our engineers, supporting them in their work with good communications, forward planning, and best use of their time and skills as a valuable resource when urgent work is required.
• Working closely with the Team Lead, Service Managers, and their Deputies to ensure a full understanding of engineer’s appropriate skills set, availability, logistical routing, site specific options and customers preferences.
• Raising and allocating of service orders, ordering parts and scheduling maintenance to the appropriate engineer in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
• To receive telephone calls from the Company’s customers.

About You:

• Basic understanding of the air conditioning, chiller and /or combustion market would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
• A customer service/supply chain background is not essential but would be an advantage.
• Excellent PC/ computer and data inputting skills and the ability to use software e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a confident and polite telephone manner.
• Must be able to balance priorities and work calmly under pressure.
• Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems e.g., Moby and Dynamics would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
