Business Admin Apprentice

We are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer Apprentice to assist the External Sales Team with product quotations and supporting our customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To generate quotations for FläktGroup portfolio of products, for Mechanical Consultants, Contractors, Local Authorities, End-Users & Design Build Contractors.
• To provide technical information and advice to customers and colleagues, as required.
• To respond to customers’ enquiries, providing information in a prompt and appropriate manner, whilst at all times maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service.
• To assist in the development of the FläktGroup brand, both within the region and nationally, working closely with the external sales team.
• To liaise with FläktGroup offices and manufacturing facilities around the world, in order to obtain and pass on relevant information.

ABOUT YOU:

• Good level of GCSE's or equivalent qualification
• Understanding of the construction industry and the products that we sell would be desirable but not essential
• A willingness and attitude to learn
• Computer competent, good telephone manner, critical thinker
