Finance Apprentice

Are you eager to kick-start your career in finance?
FläktGroup Ireland is looking for a motivated Finance Apprentice to support our key business functions within the finance department at our Dublin Office.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Finance Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in a range of financial processes, including:
• Processing daily banking transactions in our ERP system, ensuring customer payments are correctly allocated to sales invoices
• Matching intercompany invoices against purchase orders, obtaining necessary authorisations, resolving queries, and uploading invoices to our ERP system
• Reconciling intercompany invoices with statements to finalise monthly netting payments
• Raising sales invoices and ensuring timely distribution to customers
• Supporting new maintenance contract setups and assisting with customer queries
• Helping credit control follow up on outstanding sales invoices
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with:
• Good Leaving Certificate grades H4/O4 or above
• Previous office experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
• Confidence in handling tasks and engaging with colleagues
• Solid IT knowledge and proficiency in common applications
